Monday, September 30th
Today, we went to the class ready for our presentation, as we are told that one group is going today. However, thankfully, any group didn't have to go today, as Mr. Paterson received many questions on presenting. We were introduced to the website called color contrast check, where you can see if the color of the background and word you are using for your slide is color blind compatible. I thought that it was astonishing and is a good element to consider when presenting even in the future and it was very useful. We checked to see if our slide was good for color blind people to make sure that everyone can understand our presentation.
In the other half of the class, we spent time practicing our presentation together as a group for the last time. We presented to each other to get last-minutes advices on where we should be improving on for tomorrow. We thought that we needed more practice, so we decided to practice at home as well and be ready for tomorrow. I thought that we were able to use our time effectively, and productively today that we hope we would succeed on the actual day of presentation.
